As your business changes, your Zoho system needs to keep up. Without support, workflows break, reports go stale, and new staff don't get trained. An AMC ensures Zoho stays optimised without having to raise a new project every time you need a change.

Which Zoho apps are covered under the AMC?

All of them. Your AMC covers every Zoho application your business uses — CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Inventory, Bigin, People, Analytics, Campaigns, Projects, Flow, and any other Zoho app in your ecosystem. You don't need separate plans per product — one AMC covers your entire Zoho suite under a single monthly investment.

What counts as a support hour?

Support hours are used for any active work on your Zoho system — bug fixing, configuration changes, workflow modifications, Deluge scripting, report building, dashboard updates, user management, training sessions, and API troubleshooting. Communication about a request and review calls do not count against your hours. You receive a monthly report showing exactly how your hours were used.

How do I submit a support request?

Simply send an email or a message via your dedicated WhatsApp/Slack channel. A brief description or screenshot is all we need to get started. Our engineering team acknowledges your request within your specific SLA window and handles the execution. We’ve eliminated ticket portals and junior agents—every optimization and fix is overseen by our lead systems engineer to ensure architectural integrity.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time with immediate effect — the price difference is prorated for the remaining month. To downgrade, 30 days' written notice is required and the change takes effect from the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in period — you can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time.

What if I use more than my monthly hours?

Additional hours beyond your monthly allowance are billed at ₹1,500/hr (Essential), ₹1,200/hr (Professional), or ₹1,000/hr (Enterprise). You will always be informed before additional hours are consumed — no surprise charges ever. Clients who consistently exceed their hours are advised to upgrade for better value.

Do unused hours roll over?

Rollover depends on your plan. Essential plan hours do not roll over. Professional plan allows 1 hour rollover to the following month. Enterprise plan allows 5 hours rollover. Rolled-over hours expire if unused in the following month. This gives flexibility during quieter periods without creating large accumulated balances.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No minimum lock-in on monthly billing — cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. For annual billing (15% savings), payment is made upfront for 12 months. Most clients start monthly and switch to annual billing after seeing the value — I'll remind you at the 3-month mark so you can make an informed decision.
